We're Aya and Mustafa—a husband-and-wife team bringing specialty coffee and genuine hospitality to every event across Dallas and the DFW area.

Aya's been perfecting her craft for over 10 years. What started as a hobby became a lifelong passion when she fell in love with the art of creating specialty lattes. As a master barista, she doesn't just make coffee—she creates experiences, one perfectly pulled shot at a time.

After we got married, Aya would always say, "I can't wait to open my coffee shop." But when our son was born, we realized if we didn't start building something now, we never would.

That's when Friday Coffee Co. was born.

Why "Friday"? Because Friday is the best day of the week. It's the feeling of the weekend ahead—good times with friends and family, relaxation, celebration.
